Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Shake

½ ripe banana

½ cup (120ml) whole milk (or other milk of your choice)

2 tbsp powdered peanut butter

2 tbsp rolled oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp organic cacao powder

1 scoop (30g) chocolate flavored whey protein powder

8-10 ice cubes

Combine all the ingredients in the container of your blender and process on high speed until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. NOTE: If your blender isn't the best at pulverizing ice cubes, sub a frozen banana for the fresh one and omit the ice cubes.

Coffee Mocha Protein Shake

1/2 scoop chocolate shakeology or protein powder

1 scoop vanilla shakeology or protein powder

6 oz brewed cold coffee

6 oz unsweetened almond milk

1 cup ice

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until desired consistency is reached. If smoothie is too thick or thin for your liking, adjust ice or almond milk to taste.

Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

1 cup vanilla almond milk

1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

1/4 cup old fashioned oats

1 Tablespoon brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1 frozen banana (or fresh banana, but add in 3-4 ice cubes with fresh)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
