Gilles Robert Baillargeon age 72, of Rutherfordton, passed on April 26, 2017.
He was the "Jack of All Trades" but was the owner of several restaurants. Gilles was the son of the late Delphis and Alexandrine Duval Baillargeon.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Linda Todd Baillargeon of the home; son, Gilles Robert Baillargeon Jr. of Punta Gorda, FL; daughter, Katrina Sue Baillargeon Sullivan of Cape Coral, FL; brothers, Gaitan Baillargeon of NH, Roger Baillargeon of NH; sisters, Noel Sinsabaugh of Kennebunk ME, Jenny Iverson of Hampton NH, Pauline Weeks of Laconia, NH, Teresa Kimball of Laconia, NH, Fran Baillargeon of Orlando, FL and Jean Glauser of St. Petersburg FL; five grandchildren; one great granddaughter. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Robert Baillargeon. Gilles leaves behind his two beloved dogs, Gringa and Charley. However, there are many who passed before him and are waiting for him at the Rainbow Bridge. Gilles completed many different things on his bucket list, one of which was to build a log cabin in Rutherford County, which he completed, loved and enjoyed. He is probably building in Heaven and saying "just one more".
