I’m going to visit Chesnee once again by way of the “Good Eats From Buck Creek” cookbook from Buck Creek Baptist Church. This is a real find. It is one of the best church cookbooks yet. So, I’m headed to the kitchen to make some recipes from this gem of a cookbook.

What day is it for you?
One of my nieces celebrated her 4th birthday a few years ago. She and her mom were going somewhere together in their van shortly after her birthday. And all of a sudden, she says to her mom, “Well, it’s day two.”

One of my favorite places to hunt from is the barn, especially on the cold and windy days. I have it set up perfectly.
