With all of Post 423’s players back following East Rutherford’s bid for another baseball state title, Rutherford County was hoping for nothing worse than a 5-6 mark before the break. Instead, they split the final four games of last week and sit 4-7 on the season.
The yellow squash is in and as one of our all time favorites, I’m going to the kitchen and making a variety of yellow squash recipes. I just got some freshly picked yellow squash.

I can still remember when our older daughter was a preschooler. She had a lot of her toys scattered on the floor. I asked her to please pick them up.

I just returned from my first trip to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area (BWCA) in Ely, Minnesota. My son and I wanted a father and son trip before he left the nest. We joined 7 others on a 5 day getaway that was inspiring, educational, adventurous, and full of stories of northern pike, and walleye.
